Jean 'Django' Reinhardt was a Belgian-born Romani-French jazz guitarist and composer, one of the first important European jazz musicians who made major contributions to the genre. He invented an entirely new style of jazz guitar technique, often playing with only two fingers after an injury. He is considered one of the greatest guitarists of all time.
