Buddy Montgomery was an American jazz pianist, vibraphonist, and composer. He was a member of the Montgomery Brothers, along with his brothers Wes and Monk, and was known for his soulful playing and contributions to the hard bop and soul jazz genres. He also led his own groups and recorded numerous albums throughout his career.
